Who is Jesse Jaymes?

Jesse Jaymes started tattooing in 1993 and when he started he learned the old school way. That means making needles by hand and doing all the stencils by hand. He still tattoos as often as possible and just wants everyone that is interested in tattooing to keep up all the hard work and continue progression in the art.
